New Patients

We realize that first impressions are extremely important and to that end we will certainly strive to make your first visit to our office, as well as any follow up visits as efficient, productive and caring as possible for you.  To provide you with the best care possible please bring the following information with you to your first office visit:

  • Insurance Information
  • Photo Identification
  • Medical History Information
  • A list of all of your current medications that you are taking
  • Information regarding the history of your current foot/ankle condition that you are coming to see Dr. Solon for

Our office does not double book patients and we respect your time.  It is on the rare occasion that Dr. Solon runs more than a few minutes behind on seeing his patients, therefore we ask that you be present for your appointment at your scheduled time.  If for any reason you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel.  If you do not cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, you will be billed for a missed appointment.  The only way we can continue to not double book patients is to have our patients be present for their appointments when they are scheduled to meet with Dr. Solon.
