New Patients

We realize that first impressions are extremely important and to that end we will certainly strive to make your first visit to our office, as well as any follow up visits as efficient, productive and caring as possible for you. To provide you with the best care possible please bring the following information with you to your first office visit:

  • Insurance Information
  • Photo Identification
  • Medical History Information
  • A list of all of your current medications that you are taking
  • Information regarding the history of your current foot/ankle condition that you are coming to see Dr. Solon for

Need to Cancel or Reschedule: Our office does not double book patients and we respect your time, we understrand that plans can change and that emergencies can come up. It is on the rare occasion that Dr. Solon runs more than a few minutes behind on seeing his patients, therefore we ask that you be present for your appointment at your scheduled time. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we simply ask that you give us 24 hours notice. This helps our office stay organized so we can provide all of our patients the best care possible in a timely fashion.

Financial

Our goal is to provide you or your family member the best affordable care possible that fits your lifestyle and budget. Our office participates with the vast majority of insurance carriers and we will be happy to submit your claim for you. In the event that your care requires treatment that is not covered by insurance we will inform you of your lack of insurance coverage and we will do everything possible to work with you to make it happen for you. We have financing options such as Care Credit and will be happy to work with you to arrange other payment options if needed. Keeping you on your feet is priceless to us, and we do not want finances to get in the way of that.
